Rays of love

Hey loves,

I am finally back with another post and this time want to share with you this lovely casual outfit along with some good vibes.My outfit is pretty simple because I wanted to feel comfortable in this amazing location, wearing H&M top and espadrilles, and gorgeous ONLY high waisted shorts.Sometimes we all need a little getaway to remind ourselves that nobody is perfect and that nothing external to you has any power over you.

I don’t believe that a stress-free life is possible. Stress is a response to challenges in life and a life without challenges would be pretty boring.However, I believe that most of our stress comes from our inner issues with ourselves. We all deserve to be loved not only by those around us but by the most important person in your life : YOU!

So do a favor , and whenever life kicks in give yourself a little hug and start practicing self love <3
Start each day by telling yourself something really positive.How well you handled a situation, how lovely you look today or whatever makes you smile.

Exercise – benefits your mind as well as your body.Long-term regular exercise routines are the best but even just a 20-minute walk, run , dance can help you cope with stress and that effect can last for several hours.

Don’t believe everything you think. Sometimes our biggest enemy is ourself, there is an inner critic inside of us trying to keep us small and safe but that also keeps us from living a full life.

Most importantly , be surrounded by people who love and encourage you.Let them remind you just how amazing you are.
I feel better already :)
